Introduction to the Note 7

 Samsung galaxy note series is quite popular nowadays, the notes are produced by a Korean owned  and controlled company known as "Samsung" or often called as "the Korean giant".The Note 7 was announced in August 2016 and were available in the market from September 16.But unfortunately it failed.You people must be curious and would have questions like Why?,When?,and How?.Stay calm people  all of your questions would be answered gradually in this article.

Features

The note series always attracts it's customers. People love the Notes because of it's features like this year the note 7 had an iris scanner as its trump card,nobody in the market have it at the moment.

except the iris scanner the great Note 7 is loaded with plenty of features like

1. curved display at both sides.
2. Huge 3500 MAH battery
3. a memory card slot!
4. a fingerprint scanner
5. 4 Gb ram.
6. 5.7'' screen
7. s,pen
8. dual sim in selected variants.

These features are just an example.The Note 7 carries several other features which you can see in the image from Gsm arena's website..

The ultimate Rivalry (Samsung vs Apple)

The note series sales were huge ,the Notes and Apple's Iphones gave each other a tough competition.Apple's sales were highly effected by the Galaxy Notes. They both controlled the market like last year in 2015 there was a tough competition between Samsung Galaxy note 5 and the Apple Iphone 6s plus, but this year the tables have turned ....

The product failure (Note 7)

Like every year Samsung launched a new Note device with new and advanced features.

Like every year android lovers ( including me) were excited about it.Every one loved the new iris scanner and improved dezign.Over all everyone applauded the Note 7 until...

Until it started getting in the news in a negative way.There were reports of exploded devices and soon this got hype and the story got viral.

several cases were reported of exploded devices some while charging and others without.

The note even totalled a jeep!!, yup you heard it right a jeep.

Why are/were they exploding?

They company said that it was a battery fault,Samsung said that the battery supplier had done some mistakes due to which overheating in some devices caused the explosion.

The mass recall!!

  Being a good company and understanding the risks involved Samsung recalled its devices.

they recalled 2.5 millions Note devices, they asked their customers to return it for upgraded device or a refund.This damaged the companies image but saved many devices from exploding.

  This recall gave the Note 7 another chance and Note fans were hoping for a better version but unluckily the new devices which came after the recall started exploding too...

After the exploding news again Samsung recalled the devices again and asked the consumers to exchange it with any other Samsung devices like S7 edge etc or get a refund and stopped the note 7's production.

After this news Samsung loss $18 billion in the stock market ....

Conclusion

The Note 7's feature were one of the best in the market and maybe it could have been this year's iphone killer but their lack of attention costed Apple's sales to rise .

Their goodwill damaged ,their market share droped .

      Now Samsung is under unfavourable circumstances and if there would me any further mistakes in near fure maybe Samsung could not bear it. In the end i would like to add a single line which is..
